Use this migration path for cutover from Opsgenie rotations to Squasher on-call.

Import flow

Export Opsgenie schedules and escalation policies.
Match Opsgenie users to Squasher users.
Recreate the schedule rotations in Squasher.
Verify current coverage and upcoming shifts before moving paging routes.

squasher on-call create --project <project_id> --name "Opsgenie primary" --timezone America/Los_Angeles --handoff-day 1 --handoff-time 09:00 --member <user_id>
squasher on-call current --project <project_id>

Agent guidance
