Open Feedback in the project’s Respond navigation to review captured user reports. The inbox starts with new feedback. Use the status filter to show reviewed, archived, or all reports.

Find a report

Filter by environment, release, service, route or URL, linked error ID, or user/contact. Select Apply filters to load matching reports. URL and contact filters match text within submitted values; contact includes the name, email address, and user ID. Other filters match exact values. The filters remain in the page URL so you can return to the same view. Reports appear newest first, with up to 50 reports per page. Select Older to continue, or Newest to return to the start. A filter change returns to the newest matching reports.

Review feedback

Select a message to open its detail page. The page shows the message, submitted metadata, contact details, environment, release, service, and creation and update times. Select Mark as reviewed after you inspect a report, or Archive to remove it from the new queue. You can use Mark as new to return it to the queue. Archiving preserves the report. Reading feedback requires project read access. Status changes require project write access. Capture keys with only events:ingest cannot read feedback or change its status.

Open linked context

When supplied during capture, the report links to its error, trace, and session replay. Replay links use the project-resolved replay session first, then a submitted session UUID. Other session identifiers remain visible as report details without a replay link. These links remain within the selected project. Linked telemetry can become unavailable under its retention policy or if it was not recorded. Use the feedback API to submit feedback from your application. Only submit contact details and metadata that your application is permitted to collect.
